Exchange Policy

If your size doesn't fit right, we offer a one-time exchange for a different size within 3 days of delivery, provided the piece is unused, unworn, and has all original tags intact.

Exchange shipping costs are shared — 30% covered by Zyra, 70% by the customer. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

As each piece is made specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled once placed, and we do not offer returns — only the size exchange described above. Please double-check your measurements against our size guide before checking out.

Within 3 days of delivery, reach out through our contact page with your order number and the size you'd like instead — we'll guide you from there.
