Terms & Conditions

All Zyra products are made-to-order and crafted specifically upon purchase. Please allow 10–14 business days for production, followed by 5–7 business days for delivery.

As each piece is made specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

We offer a one-time size exchange within 3 days of delivery, provided the piece is unused, unworn, and has all original tags intact. Exchange shipping costs are shared — 30% covered by Zyra, 70% by the customer. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

We currently ship pan-India only. Free shipping applies on orders above ₹4,000; a flat fee applies below this amount.
